UK Judge: Apple Notice “Breach of Order”

Apple’s snarky notice came to the attention of the court. The judge was not amused.

“I’m at a loss that a company such as Apple would do this,” Judge Robin Jacob said in a hearing on Thurday. “That is a plain breach of the order.”

He gave Apple 24 (or maybe 48 – depends on the source you read) hours to change the wording, place it on their home page, in at least 11-point font.

Apple tried to argue that it would take two weeks to make the change, but the judge didn’t buy that for a minute.

I think Apple needs to fire its legal team. All they are doing is tarnishing a once-bright reputation.
